Happy Sunday Families! This week your preschooler heard the story of Elijah and the Widow in 1 Kings 17. They learned about how God always provides what we need. This week, invite your child to pray before eating a meal. Encourage them to thank God for the food he has provided for your family.

November: Week 1
Hey NewHope Families, it was so great to spend another Sunday with you! Your Elementary schooler started their series on courage and is learning to be brave enough to do what they should do even when they are afraid.

October: Week 5
Hello NH Kids families! We had fun learning all about God’s Word as we dove into another miraculous story and wrapped up the series. Today your Elementary Schooler heard the story of how the Israelites crossed the Red Sea in Exodus 13 & 14. This story helped to teach your child how God is in control of all things. In life there is so much that we can’t control. This feeling can cause fear and anxiety.

October: Week 4
We had a fantastic day in NH Kids! Today your preschooler learned all about Joseph and how Joseph stored up grain for 7 years. Joseph did this because he listened to God and trusted God’s big plan. You can read more about this in Genesis 41-45. While you are on the go with your preschooler, talk about the plans you have for the day, then remind them that God’s plans are always best! Then pray and invite God into your day!

October: Week 3
It was another great week in NH Kids!! Today your Elementary Schooler dove into the story of Moses and learned how Moses’s mom saved his life by putting him in a basket and floating him down the river (Exodus 2:1-10). The Bible is a very exciting book! Your child learned about choosing the next right thing even when you don’t know what to do. This concept goes right along with the memory verse they have been learning all month.
