Yes! We have accessible parking available as well as accessible bathrooms. There are no steps when entering NewHope Church. There are reserved, accessible seats in the main worship center. Additionally, there is an elevator (located to the left in the main lobby) available for access to the second floor and additional accessible seating options on the balcony.

We have headphones and earplugs available for use in the worship center. We also have sensory bags available for anyone to use. Please ask a member of the guest experiences team (wearing black shirts) if you would like to use one of these bags during a service. They have headphones, fidgets, and some other items in them for your use. If additional accommodations would be helpful, please fill out our adult/teenager interest form so that we can connect with you!

We can’t wait to meet you and your family! You will be greeted by the First Time Family guest team, to the left inside the main lobby. After registering your family, they will lead you to the Buddies area. Our Buddies team will greet you, show you around and help answer any questions before you head to the worship service. We will pair your child with a Buddy Volunteer and will enjoy getting to know them as they explore and have fun in our room. Depending on their age and comfort level with this first visit, their Buddy Volunteer may take them to join in with their preschool or elementary class. We encourage you to fill out our registration form prior to arriving to help prepare us for your arrival.
