A Friend In Me
This groups is for women ages 35+. We will investigate the importance of intergenerational relationships and learn to lead groups of younger women who are desperate for a friend who has walked a little further down life's path. Each participant will take a turn co-leading the group. The group also includes a serve experience with NH Missions and a fun experience. When signing up for the group the leaders will respond back within 24 hours via text or email to confirm your attendance and commitment to the group. The group begins on Thursday, 2.5 at a home in Durham. Each participant will need to purchase the book "A Friend in Me: How to Be a Safe Haven for Other Women" by Pamela Havey Lau.
