January 2023: Week 3
Hey Families! We had another amazing day in NH Kids! Today each of our stories included a special ingredient: water! Our Preschool classes learned about how Jesus is amazing and powerful! Jesus is so amazing He actually calmed a big storm (Mark 4:35-41). They learned how Jesus’ friends asked Him for help because they were afraid of the storm. This week, when something comes up that makes your child nervous or afraid or confused, take a moment to stop and pray. Show them how they can also ask Jesus for help and that Jesus is big enough to handle any problem!
Our Elementary classes learned about Jesus’ baptism (John 3:22-36). This brought up some great discussions on what Baptism is and why it is important. Your child learned how baptism is a symbol to show others the work that Jesus has already done in your life when you choose to believe in him.
