September: Week 1
Hey there NewHope Families,
We had another great Sunday in NH Kids. A new month means a new series! Your prechooler and their life groups began a new series learning all about how God loves them no matter what! They explored the story of Hannah and God loved her and answered her prayer for a son. You can find this story in the book of 1 Samuel 1: 2-20. Similarly, our elementary life groups started learning all about Trust and what it looks like to trust God even when things don’t go your way. They checked out the story from God's word on Abraham and Issac in Genesis 15:1-6; 18:1-15; 21:1-7.
How does your family react when things don’t go as expected? Next time something goes wrong or not according to plan, stop and pray with your family. Show your child that they can go to God with ANYTHING, and He loves them enough to hear their prayers and help them!
